Did you know that across Woking many residents effectively remain in lockdown? Services they enjoyed remain closed and their lives have changed little since March.

Woking Phone Friends connects volunteers with people in the community who would like a regular chat on the phone. We want everyone in Woking to have someone to talk to.

This is where a simple phone call has the power to raise spirits and provide a connection with the outside world.

All it takes is about the length of a longish coffee break - enough time to have a chat and hear how someone is.
